Every semester, the University of RhineMain curates an exhibition showcasing the graduating bachelor students' artworks. This semester, the theme chosen by the younger students for the exhibition's branding is "Blooming." Intrigued by the theme's essence, I delved into creating my interpretation of posters for this showcase.
In my rendition, I abstractly visualize what Blooming of an Artist means to me. It's a journey of unfolding and radiance, capturing the essence of talent blossoming. Through vibrant colors and simple forms, I aim to convey the transformative process of an artist coming into their own.

Goal
Exhibition branding for student shows often defaults to safe, celebratory visuals. The theme "Blooming" invited something more considered — a visual interpretation of what growth actually looks like from the inside, not just the outcome.
Solution
Rather than illustrating flowers or literal growth, the posters work through abstraction — vibrant color and reduced form to suggest process over arrival. The visual language draws on the feeling of something unfolding: not yet finished, not static. The result is a series that holds multiple readings, which felt right for work made by students still in the middle of becoming.
