For the pet food brand Melou, I developed a warm and wholesome visual identity that reflects the brand’s natural, French-inspired values. The design combines soft colors, organic shapes, and charming typography to evoke a cozy, home-like feeling rooted in care and quality. I worked on the logo, packaging concepts, and brand visuals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. To support the concept development, I also used AI tools to generate product photos, custom illustrations, and text content that enhanced the overall storytelling. The result is a distinctive and emotionally engaging identity tailored to mindful pet owners.

Goal
Pet food branding often swings between clinical and cartoonish — neither of which captures how seriously many owners think about what they feed their animals. The goal was to design an identity for Melou that felt warm and approachable while still communicating genuine care about ingredients, origin, and craft.
Solution
The identity draws on a French-inspired sensibility — soft, organic, unhurried — expressed through a color palette, custom typography treatment, and packaging concepts that feel closer to a small-batch food brand than a pet aisle product. AI tools were used to generate product photography and illustrations that aligned with the brand's storytelling without compromising visual consistency. The result is an identity that speaks directly to owners who think about their pets the way they think about themselves.
